In order to submit for free your catalog of chemicals you will have to follow 3 easy steps:

In order to import your catalog each product must contain at least the following information:

  • catalog number
  • correct iupac name
  • CAS number or chemical structure
  • molecular formula

    • You will also need a website and email address that contains the name of your company. You need your own domain.
    In case you don't have yet a website we can help you to create and host your website that contains our powerful search engine. Just contact us if you want more information.

    Please check the quality of your data. If the data contains too many mistakes it will either not be imported or deleted later without prior notice.

    Please enter here all your company information and commercial contact address. This information will be needed by potential customers to contact you.

    If you want to update your catalog, just enter your supplier code, no need to enter again all the contact information except if they changed.

    Enter here the code that is used in the ChemExper Chemical Directory. If you don't know your code, please visit our website www.chemexper.com and look for a product that already exists in our database. Check then what is the code used for your company in the list of suppliers for this product.

    Explanations:
     +  Click on the "plus" button in order to add a line.

    Pink The field is mandatory. The product will not be imported if one of the field is missing!
    Reference The reference to order this product, corresponds to the catalog number. This field is mandatory!
    Iupac name The IUPAC name for this product. This field may not contain any indications about purity. This field is mandatory!
    Synonym Another possible name for this product. Optional.
    Purity The mininal purity of the product. Usualy an indication like ">97%". Optional.
    Molecular Formula Molecular formula of the product. May be entered as C6H15N or also use groups like Et3N.
    Cas number The cas number (registry number) of the product. This field is mandatory!
    Quantity The minimal quantity to order this product. May be indicated as ">1kg". By default the value is on request.

    If you supply a lot of chemicals

    If you have a large number of chemicals (over 20), you may attach a tab-delimited file (or excel file). Please download our ExcelTM template and fill it. You may also attached a SDF file containing your structures. If the file is large, please zip it before upload.

    Third step: review you data and specify the quantity you can provide (lab scale, bulk, mg ...).
